Making Teams Work – Manchester

Service Description

This one-day course allows participants to explore issues around team management and leadership. They will examine best practice around leading, motivating, supporting and developing a team in a variety of situations. The course is experiential as well as theory based. It is designed for participants to share their own experiences in this area as well as supporting the design and delivery of future work for themselves and their teams. Participants will engage in a range of activities and examine evidence-based theory to improve their understanding and delivery of work in this area.
