Service Description

This one-day course is designed to support developing and delivering work either one-to-one or in groups with service users facing ongoing difficulties or challenges. It enables staff to develop a positive and personalised method of working with individuals while maintaining appropriate professional distance. We discuss how to keep conversations on track, manage difficult conversations along with recognizing when professional boundaries are at risk of being breached and how to avoid being overwhelmed by others’ issues
